Not entirely certain
this is worth the almighty hassle it was to pour. Parts of it, in the middle, look more like the pour from yesterday but once it thickened (because it took many many minutes to pour), I got more of the creamy with ribbons- not my intention but so be it. My back hurts from this one.
It was made with low water so it will get very hard within a day. I have to try to catch it as the right time so I can slice a bar up, but if I get it and can get thin enough slices, I'll post some cuts. Since I'm up late, I have no intention of getting up early tomorrow but the dogs will probably get me up to go out at some point in the morning, so maybe in my sleep-addled haze, I'll take a knife to it.
